Conveyor Drive Assembly

This is the system that moves the conveyor line. It is installed between the conveyor sections at varying distances depending on the load. A standard 5.5 kW ex-proof motor-reducer assembly is used in the drive assembly. Drive assemblies consist of caster mid-rotation pulleys, conveyor drive gears, chain drive gears, a chain drive, a motor-reductor chassis, a motor-reductor casing, chain links, ball-bearings, a drive shaft, and abreuvoirs.
